When the session begins, I like to first hear your intention for the time we have together. I then connect directly to your energetic field. This is when mediumship may naturally emerge, offering insight that is important for us to work with throughout the session. Each session unfolds intuitively, guided by what is needed at the time.

Sometimes, I may guide you through a meditation - allowing you to meet and heal another aspect of yourself, often a past version still holding on to an emotion or belief. This exercise provides deep release, insight and lasting transformation.

I may channel energy to support your healing or transformation, while you relax and receive - allowing your body to do what is needed at a cellular level.
