*Full set of terms and conditions will be provided within the contract
A 50% non-refundable deposit amounting is required to secure your day with me. The remaining outstanding balance will be payable in full no later than one (1) month prior to the date of the Wedding. The means of payment will be via bank transfer. An invoice with all the account details will be provided.
You have the right to cancel at any time during the 14 day cancellation period without reason, and without incurring any liability. The cancellation period ends at the end of 14 days after the day on which the contract is entered into.
If you cancel your wedding within 12 months of it taking place (excluding the 14 day cancelation period), you will be liable to pay the full invoice total, excluding album/artwork not yet ordered. To cancel this Contract, you must notify me verbally and also in writing. If you wish to change your wedding date, you must also notify me verbally and in writing. Thereafter, if I am available for the desired new date, we will execute a new contract, and all monies paid will transfer to the new date. The new date must be within 6 months of the original date or the new contract will be subject to my then current rates. If I am unavailable on the new date, the Contract will be cancelled and you will be liable for full invoice total, excluding album/artwork not yet ordered.
Should Covid restrictions result in the day of the wedding to be cancelled, I will aim to reschedule and accommodate a new date. Should a new date not be available, you will receive a refund of 75% of the total cost above, subject to the amount already paid. If I cancel this Agreement, I will be required to provide a suitable replacement photographer or offer an appropriate refund.
Images will be available between 6 and 8 weeks, although I will make the best of efforts to provide the images as early as possible.
I will maintain the copyright for all photographs taken. I grant you the permission to make copies of the images for friends and family, however, not for commercial use unless I give you my consent.
