The total fee for the photoshoot session will be payable at the time of booking.
The means of payment will be via bank transfer. An invoice will all the account details will be provided.
As we know, now and then things happen whereby it's necessary for the photographer or client to reschedule, due to an injury or serious illness for instance. If they are unavoidable circumstances that affect your ability to take part in our photoshoot sessions, then we are happy to reschedule once, within a three-month period. Please let us know as soon as possible and at least 48 hours in advance.
Please note that any new date will be subject to the Photographer’s availability, although we shall use reasonable endeavours to arrange an alternative date for your photoshoot session. Additionally, an updated rate may apply.
In the event that we cannot agree on another date, or if you are unable to attend your re-booked session/cancel, the full fee is not refundable.
Please note that all Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Images will be available within 2 weeks for families and couples sessions and 4 weeks for engagements sessions, although we will make the best of efforts to provide the images as early as possible.
Aglaé Photography Ltd. will maintain the copyright for all photographs taken.
We grant you the permission to make copies of the images for friends and family, however, not for commercial use unless Aglaé Photography Ltd. gives their consent.
